| Duane Janssen, CPA | Duane has been a CPA for over 25 years. He taught accounting at the University of Tampa for 8 years before opening Janssen & Associates full time in 1984. Duane likes the personal side of accounting with emphasis on tax and estate planning. He is very experienced as a client advocate with all types of auditors, from the IRS to the State of Florida. Duane is on the Executive and Finance Committees of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Petersburg. Duane has served Faith Covenant Church as its Treasurer and has been on its administrative board. He is a member of the Guardian Association of Pinellas County. |
| Helen Igar, CPA | Helen has been a CPA for 20 years, half of which were spent as a controller for medium size businesses in the area. In the other years she has been in CPA firm management. During her tenure with the firm, Helen has even been a "controller for hire" for several companies. She enjoys all facets of the business side of being a CPA, in particular computer applications and QuickBooks. Helen is the Treasurer of Operation Par. |
| Nancy Parrish, CPA | Nancy has been with the firm 5 years specializing in small business accounting. For 18 years she practiced nursing as an RN in the emergency room of local hospitals and wrote papers and conducted seminars on her craft. Nancy graduated from USF with a 4.0 in Accounting and passed the CPA exam her first try. She serves on the Bayfront Center Committee. |
| Linda Janssen | Linda has been the firm administrator since the company's inception. She brings profound organizational skills to every job she tackles, be it sending out our bills, preparing payroll returns or working at a client's office as their accountant. Linda has taken many accounting seminars and several higher level accounting courses at USF and also is our best bookkeeper. |
| Carolyn Wiggins | Carolyn joined the firm in January, 2004 after retiring from SunTrust Bank. She was an Estate and Trust Administrator with the Private Client Service Group for over 36 years. Community and civic involvements include, Board of Directors for Family Resources, Women's Council of the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce, Suncoast Tiger Bay Club, and Business & Professional Women/St. Petersburg Pinellas. Carolyn serves as 1st Vice President of BPW of Florida's Education Foundation. |
