Through File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and e-mail we can exchange pertinent financial data and documents directly between a client's computer and our computer. This means the client spends less time manipulating and transporting financial data and more time operating their business.

Questions regarding accounting procedures can be quickly resolved and, in the case of compatible accounting software, a client's data can be downloaded, corrected and returned to their computer without the intervention of floppy disks, cd's or paper. During tax season, these data acquisition methods will show the time and accuracy improvement that assures a client of timely and correct filings.
